Once the first hand is dealt, the dealer must;

• If the dealers cards reach 17 – “SOFT 17”, he has to draw another card
• The player can place an insurance bet where the dealer holds an ace. This insurance bet can win if the dealer hit blackjack – “INSURANCE”
