Split Bets

When it comes to split bets, there is the idea that the player should bet on one of two numbers beside each other with the hope of a better chance of winning.

To do so, place your chip of a chosen value between the line that separates the two chosen numbers. Once the wheel has spun, if it lands on either of the two chosen numbers, you win. The payoff from this win is 17-1.

Roulette is unique, as there are two key components within the game, which consist of the wheel and table.
To make the assumption we are talking about European roulette, let’s begin with the wheel. The significant difference here is that European roulette has 37 pockets as opposed to 38.
While the numbers are alternating between even and odd numbers, they are also switching between the red pockets and black pockets.
When the dealer has sun the wheel, you will have bet on where you think the ball will land, whether it be on black or red and what number, between 1-37.
